Since 1985 Marty Ferwerda has built or developed approximately 150 homes in the Seacoast / Southern New Hampshire region. Mr. Ferwerda's commitment to customer satisfaction and attention to detail is his priority!

Prior to starting the development / construction business, Martin Ferwerda served in the US Army, obtaining the rank of Sergeant. Since his discharge from the Army he has received his BS degree in Accounting from Rutgers University in New Jersey graduating the top 2 % in his class, attended Graduate School, obtained his Certified Public Accountant license and has had a career that included Public Accounting, being a Controller for a division of a Fortune 500 company and manager in the corporate office of a Fortune 350 company.

In addition to running a successful development/construction business, Mr. Ferwerda remains active in the community by teaching International Business, Law and Finance at Hesser College on an adjunct basis, serving on the Board of Directors of Rockingham Community Action, Chairman of the Board of Rockingham Community Housing Inc., and serves on the budget committee of the Mountain Lakes District, Haverhill, New Hampshire.

Mr. Ferwerda, in his own words "is blessed with a wonderful wife, children, sisters and grandchildren". Construction runs in the Ferwerda Family, with Marty's older brother being a highly successful builder in California.
